Oh… a question about The Hobbit again… I don’t like hobbit questions, because they are hard to write. It’s hard to give an opinion to these kinds of serious question… Before Mr. Manno began to give use so much hobbit question, I thought free writing is too difficult as I have nothing to write as for topics, but now I think free writing is much better than hobbit questions!!!
Well, the song in chapter 15 is very similar to the song in chapter 1. The words are very similar and some of them are the same. I can imagine that maybe the melody of the song in chapter 15 is same with the one in chapter 1.
Although they are very similar, I think their tone is different. In the chapter 1, they were singing about their treasures and the journey that hasn’t began yet. Their tone was dark and worried. In the one of chapter 15, their tone is not worrying anymore because the dragon has already died, but I think they feel more tired in chapter 15. They had a long adventure, the dragon died before they fight him, and there is still thing they have to do---keeping their treasures.
